Review on πŸ¦„ N Rage Semi-Permanent Hair Color, Purple Plum by Jasmine Williams

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I'm a professional stylist and this is a great color!

I am a professional stylist and this color is as good if not better than anything I can buy professionally. This dye will stain your skin, so be sure to wear gloves and apply petroleum jelly around your hairline and anything you don't want to stain. It's a semi-permanent dye, so you don't need a developer. I've found it to last longer than most so-called permanent hair dyes. Be sure to choose the color you want, because that's the color you get when your hair is pre-lightened. I used Twisted Teal and it is TEAL BRIGHT TEAL. If you are unsure of a color and its intensity, do a strand test. If you find the color is too light to add conditioner, you'll also need some water. Shake the color conditioner and water until well mixed. If you use this method I would probably leave it on damp, freshly shampooed hair with a shower cap on for more than 2 hours. To make sure you've achieved the color level you want, do a flush test. If it's not the color you want, leave it on longer or add more color to the conditioner mixture. This color is highly pigmented and lasts 2* months with regular washing and a good shampoo free from sulfates and parabens. Low-mist shampoo works best on color-treated hair. If you want to remove the color, buy some vitamin C powder and add the same amount to a harsh apple-scented shampoo like Prell or Head and Shoulders. Leave on for 30-45 minutes, if you want to wash out more color repeat rinsing. Also, rinse your hair with cool water after dyeing. This will help set the color.
