I bought these gloves on purpose because other reviewers have suggested that they are one of the best gloves for winter and suggest zero and under protection - far from it. They're actually pretty thin, with very little down or lining inside, the sleeves are pretty short at the wrist and probably don't go over (or over) the knees of your winter jacket. I ended up using them as inner gloves with the outer sleeves I already had and even then it was cold! This would be fine for anything above 40F or 5C, but not below. They also run small, so buy (at least) one size larger than usual. To be honest, don't waste your money on this - still looking for the perfect winter gloves - it definitely isn't.
