My dentist recommended that I use a sleep protector at night to protect my teeth. I found brushing the mouthguard with a toothbrush difficult and ineffective as it did not fit well in narrow canals or tooth sockets and the bristles were soft and too flexible to clean the grooves. I found denture toothbrushes and thought they might be just what I needed for a thorough cleaning of my mouthguard and they were. The small bristles are narrow enough and stiff enough to get into all crevices and nooks and crannies inside, while the wider brush on the outside is great for a quick clean. I'm glad I found this product and will definitely use it after wearing my mouthguard at night.
