Arrived on time. looks great. the power cord is not very long. heats well, doesn't keep the coffee hot but warm to drink. turns on when the cup is heated, turns off when the cup is removed. It does not switch off automatically after a certain time when the cup is on the warmer. I've been using a Mr Coffee Warmer since the 1980's and it still works, keeps the coffee much warmer and shuts itself off after an hour or so. It's no longer available and seemed to fill the bill, but the auto-off after a period of time is a must for me.
