I TWICE IN IP; I gave Durham a second chance. (See original review below) I ordered the same item again to have a set of two, thinking my original packaging was an accident. My second not. The clasp broke right out of the box. At least they're consistently bad. It's a shame to allow crap like this with poor quality and shutter design. Don't waste your time and money with this product. I immediately sent the second box back and just threw away the first after trying to fix it. and it broke in the middle of customer lobby F - BAD BAD QUALITY BAD DESIGN. I don't know where to find a good box of parts from here. Not here. I was happy to receive this but was very disappointed with the cheap and poorly designed clasp (clasp). The box opened and I lost 1000 screws in the customer lounge. Look at the picture and see what quality you can expect. This thing sucks. So much for Total Quality Management at Durham.
