Choose these headphones over other top rated products mainly because of the Qualcomm aptX Low Latency feature. I wanted to use them with my iPhone, iPad and TV which require an adapter. I charged them fully and connected them to my phone. Music played well, but there were problems with the sound both when making calls and when receiving calls. When I called I could hear the other person, but I couldn't hear my own voice through the microphone. When I answered the call, the person could hear me, but I couldn't hear them. I also tried pairing headphones with iPad and Macbook. None of them worked. The suggestions I found online didn't help. I thought I might be missing something because the instructions aren't the clearest, so I emailed Panasonic and waited for a reply. After about 12 hours, the headphones wouldn't turn on at all. I've followed all the troubleshooting instructions including resetting the device but to no avail. When processing the return I accepted an offer of help from the Revain "expert" who was unable to help. I didn't ask for a replacement because, among other things, the control buttons were badly labeled and impractical to use. I am returning this product and starting over. Thank god I haven't bought an adapter yet.
