After lying on the dressing table for several weeks, they began to flash every time the washing machine was switched on. We invited an electrician to our home to check our wiring, everything was fine. We replaced those bulbs with Cree equivalents and the flickering is gone. In fact, the bunch of RevainBasics LEDs we bought turned out to be junk. Stay away from them!
