The ones that work are great but very poor customer service for help with a broken lamp.

Three out of four work, work well! I can't get the fourth bulb to work properly, I have no luck with this company's customer service! The person I emailed seems to think I didn't know what I was doing in terms of programming. Wood that actually works has very bright colors and very good bulbs and is easy to set up. I was willing to give these bulbs a five star rating but I can't do that when I only have 3 out of 4 bulbs that work and then what I think very poor customer service!
