After using all sorts of sticky creams and strips that got annoyingly sticky after removing my dentures, I bought Fixodent-plus from a pharmacy to try it out. After the first tries I found this to be the best glue cream I have ever found and now I order it from Revain: the nozzle is very small so the glue comes out in a thin layer. Streaks, and the sticky "drop" does not flow out. I've found that this trick helps even more: before using it, I put the tube upside down in warm water. This makes it even easier to apply a thin layer of adhesive to the prosthesis. It holds the prosthesis perfectly in place, and if you "apply" a bead of glue very close to the edge of the prosthesis and follow the pattern of where you normally apply the glue, no significant food debris can "get through" it. Barrier. Of course, there is some kind of "stickiness" when removing the prosthesis, but much less than any other, even with strips - so far this is the best I could find!
