Bought from an artesian farm but found them harsh and smells like sulfur so I bought this softener to solve the problem I don't want to carry salt around and they seem to soften the water too much I like the feel not difficult to wash off the soap This system is easy Replace the filter twice a year It was easy to install I already had a sulfur vaporizer but the tap water still smelled of sulfur and left a hard crust all over With this water softener I have too Added 2 pre-filters to remove some particles first, now the water tastes great - it really t and hard crust in the toilets and around the faucets stopped. This is a good and inexpensive solution.
