Not at all as described. The description says "Made of high quality 304 stainless steel" and then describes it as "Mirror polished, uncoated", but in the photo Revain looks like shiny stainless steel. But it is very matte and has no properties resembling a mirror polish. It doesn't look like stainless steel at all and actually looks like it's been painted a matte gray paint or plastic gray finish. To make matters worse, the screw caps are very shiny and don't match the frame at any height. Together they look very cheap. I'll send it back immediately.
