Review on O'Bright by Len Cooper

As an experienced do-it-yourselfer, I had high expectations for O'Bright. They, however, chose to keep me in the shadows about everything. Their website guaranteed high-quality light bulbs and other home enhancement products, but I did not receive anything that even came close to meeting my expectations. There was no explanation given for the delay in delivery, and when the package was eventually delivered, the product's quality was subpar and it did not match the description. Their customer service team did not respond to my inquiries and was not helpful, so I had to figure out how to make the product function on my own. My endeavor ended up being a pale imitation of what I had envisioned myself being able to accomplish as a result. Any do-it-yourselfer searching for dependable tools and home improvement products that O'Bright sells is not going to get my recommendation.
