The ease of use for our team members who are not necessarily tech savvy. I like that it allows me to have multiple people work in one room at once. It's very easy to set up meetings and collaborate from different locations. Sometimes when you're working remotely you can't see what someone else sees or vice versa which makes it difficult to communicate. We've been able to save time by using this software instead of emailing back and forth, as well as having all documents in one place so we don't lose anything.
