I bought it in November 2017 but only started using it in June 2018. I had a "Toner Low" message on my printer, but I used up my old toner before I installed it. Once installed, it started printing my documents with 1/4 inch black lines running horizontally across the paper on every sheet of paper I printed. I took out the toner, shook it out and replaced it, but it still didn't print properly. I'm not sure what to do now that the date I can return or exchange a product has passed. EDIT 6/28/18: I was contacted by a seller who sent me a new box which I really appreciate as it was bought 6 months ago. This tells me that they stand behind their products and continue to strive for superior customer service. Haven't tried the new toner cartridges yet but will update my review if they still have quality issues. Thank you V4INK.
