For that I need something that looks good indoors and is durable enough outside. The speaker has shown great promise so far, the speaker is loud and the music is clear. The bass notes are very good and they rumble when loud which is great. I've taken them outside a few times and you can easily hear them in noisy street environments. The water resistance is an added bonus and I look forward to taking them to lake and pool parties. Pairing with my Android phone was very easy and I never had any problem disconnecting my phone. I like that the speaker can take calls. I've used it several times and I can hear the other person clearly. I LOVE the microSD option, seriously I haven't seen any other bluetooth speakers with this option. This will be great when I'm hiking as I can still listen to music even if I don't have internet on my phone. The only thing I have is the auto max volume on startup (hope they fix that with a firmware update) and wish it had a physical button to play the previous song.
