I like that it is very easy to use for our small business with just 1 person using this software! It's not as robust or feature-rich but we are solving basic problems in one place - which works well enough at first glance without needing additional features down the road (which may never come). The cost of adding more users/features can be prohibitively expensive so you have limited options when considering upgrading your system later if needed. This makes sense from an accounting standpoint because they want us locked into their platform forever; however there could potentially still exist some way around paying them monthly fees indefinitely even after leaving? We're trying out several other systems now including HubSpot CRM + Google Apps while waiting until next year before making any final decisions about what will work best long term given all factors involved such as budgeting etc. So far nothing has really stood above others except ease of implementation / support availability.
