No complaints so far, only used half a dozen times. I had to order several cookbooks, so I'm sure I'll use them more often. This is the best and only way to hard boil eggs. If you follow the recommended steps they are so easy to clean and easier than boiling water and time and yet they don't come out perfect, they come out perfect. I have only used the deep fryer once when it worked well for the fish we are frying. Great if you like cooking and trying new recipes, and it's fast.
