Odd fit for me - best for coats, jackets and vests

This jacket suits me very well. I have a 38 inch bust so I ordered a large and it was too tight in the bust area. I sent it back and ordered a very large one. Both large and very large were too wide in the hips. The colors are nice, but they don't suit me. I'm 5ft 6" with a 145lb 38" bust. I wear big ones because of my bust size--
