These shoes deserve respect. Hence my purchase. I ordered based on the brown leather picture I saw. What arrived was NOT the same. It also seemed much more accurate and narrow to me. But it still seems to fit quite well. But then I found that the first time I wore the shoes, I found that they were interfering with the healing of the Achilles tendon to an unbearable level. So now when I wear them I have to use tape on the back of my ankles to protect them from chafing/scratching. Pretty disappointing. I also had to put some shoe polish on them to bring them closer to the color I saw in the picture. Basically I had to send them back. But when I put them on, it seemed like it was too late. Now I'm stuck trying to get it working. I don't know if I'll be back. After I said all that. Craftsmanship is still a well-made product and maybe they'll take off well. But at the moment it stings a little.
