A few months ago, while using my iPhone 6S to shoot my daughter's graduation video, I scoured the internet for attachments to add to my iPhone. My goal was to make a short film using only my iPhone. I stumbled across Snapzoom back then and just saw my friend win a Snapzoom and binoculars, so I was curious to see what he could do with them. Back then I couldn't figure out the reason for the kind of snaps I was looking for to use something like Snapzoom. Well, fast forward to about 2 weeks ago when I found out what I want to use Snapzoom for, which is recording. my nephew's soccer games in high school. I bought my Snapzoom and one of the recommended binoculars from the Snapzoom website and a monopod. I received it last week and knew I wouldn't be playing tonight as I wanted to field test it. I set everything up a few hours before the game just to make sure I know what I'm doing. It took me a few tries to get my iPhone 7 (which I also bought today) and my binoculars working, but one day I figured out what to do. The Best Place I took some test shots and photos of some plants outdoors and loved it. Then I attached the monopod and it will be the only place I will take care of other people. Make sure the screw is long enough so your Snapzoom sits snugly on a tripod or monopod. In game, I set everything up and encountered a hiccup or two trying to find the right "gold spot" again, but it wasn't. not the installer's fault, but the user's fault. Me My nephew played at Aloha Stadium in Hawaii and our seats were quite high above the field. I was immediately impressed with how clearly I could see the players on the field through my iPhone's display, maybe the colors were a bit distorted but it could be because I didn't take a little more time to adjust. process or simply my lack of knowledge of the facility in general. In any case, I was very happy with what I had on the iPhone screen - the ability to track and record individual players (well, track and record and my amateur photography allowed). I am very happy with the results I got. I managed to take a picture tonight. I thought about what expensive glass I would have to buy to be able to zoom in to get the kind of shots I could get with my Snapzoom gear and once again I was dizzy from the whole thing. The only thing I know about the future. is that I will work on getting my iPhone's lens to line up better with my binoculars and maybe upgrade my binoculars over time for potentially better results. Do I recommend Snapzoom? It's very simple yes. It always depends, for what purpose your footage will be used. I needed to create a video montage or maybe even a highlight reel for my nephew and I couldn't get the results I wanted with my iPhone or even my DSLR. But with Snapzoom it was within my reach. Now I just have to do it every game. Thank you Snapzoom for an amazing device. I have loved and will love! Aloha and the best
