Is working. Great idea. Cheap Chinese design. $50 is probably fine.

Here's the thing. It's not made very hard, it's typically mediocre Chinese quality. Accessories made of plastic and low-quality steel. However, it's not exactly what I would call "toy" quality. That being said, if you want something built right, you have to pay a skilled worker a living wage to build it. It will definitely connect your phone to the binoculars, but you have to understand that it turns on and off slowly, so you won't be able to take pictures of game for a few seconds. This is…

Build quality is excellent, instructions are great

UPDATE 1/14/16 I have bought new binoculars with adjustable eyepiece (Nikon Aculon A211 7x35). With them, I can use Snapzoom flawlessly. In fact, I brought it to the store to make sure it fit properly (see photos below). Mind you, I didn't have time to properly set up Snapzoom in the store, but even with this less-than-perfect mount, the shots turned out great. Upgrade to 5 stars! Build quality is excellent, instructions are great, but they don't work with binoculars that have a small distance…

Snapzoom helped with my goals 09/17/2016

A few months ago, while using my iPhone 6S to shoot my daughter's graduation video, I scoured the internet for attachments to add to my iPhone. My goal was to make a short film using only my iPhone. I stumbled across Snapzoom back then and just saw my friend win a Snapzoom and binoculars, so I was curious to see what he could do with them. Back then I couldn't figure out the reason for the kind of snaps I was looking for to use something like Snapzoom. Well, fast forward to about 2 weeks ago…
