I remember when 3pdt online store was a bright spot in my day. They had me at "quality industrial and scientific products," so I couldn't wait to check out what they had to offer. Unfortunately, my joy was fleeting, and now I feel nothing but disappointment in its place. The website was a maze of incoherence, and its search bar actively tried to mislead me. When I did find what I was looking for, the checkout experience was a nightmare. To put it another way, it was like navigating a maze while wearing gloves and being blindfolded. No, even my fiercest enemy doesn't deserve that. It felt like a cruel joke when my order eventually came. There wasn't much thought put into the packaging, and the products didn't make it through the shipping process unscathed. It was obvious that no one had bothered to inspect the items prior to delivery because several of them were severely damaged. It was like witnessing a catastrophe in slow motion. The customer support from 3pdt was the most frustrating part of my experience. I tried to contact them about the broken items, but I was met with nothing but silence and disregard. It was as if they gave a hoot about the happiness of their clients or the excellence of their products. It was a cruel and demoralizing ordeal. My experience with the 3pdt internet business has left me with nothing but sorrow. I wouldn't recommend shopping here for anything related to industry or science. Unless, of course, you take pleasure in being let down and hurt. If that's the case, then you should definitely go with 3pdt.
