I've only had the product for a week. The first two days were great but as I got more active I noticed the sleeve rolled up and fell down. I also literally noticed on the last day that the sleeve is crumpled behind the knee, which is very uncomfortable. With trousers it was very necessary to pull up the sleeve and with jeans this can be impossible. Another point - it's not for long wear. Within 4 hours it becomes noticeably annoying due to the above issues. The good news is that the measurements are correct. Since the sleeve rolls down, I thought about going a size down, but I think the leg press would be too uncomfortable. I noticed that I walk better in the sleeve and can move my knee without much pain. I only wear one on my right knee. Now that I know the sleeve will slide down, I can't imagine having to adjust both throughout the day. However, my main reason for purchasing this product was to help me walk and have less pain as my knee heals from a deformity. In general, I'm happy with it, even despite the problems. I have large, muscular hips and if I pull the sleeve 3-4 inches above the knee I don't know if I'm getting a product that won't roll or slide down or fall through my back.
