I like that it is easy to set up and use. It has been able to help us track our website traffic without requiring any third party integration or expensive solutions. The free version allows for up to 5 sites to be tracked at once so there isn't too much cost associated with the tool. It can be difficult to setup properly when first using it so make sure you have everything prepared ahead of time. There are a number of ways we can pull data but this one works well enough. We are able to see our top referrers and how those referrers impact our site. I really do not like that the free version limits you to 5 sites. They also don't give you all the features available in the full version which makes it more costly than necessary. Tracking referrals was something that was needed and this provided a great way for me to see where we were losing The best thing about centerity is the ability to see where the bottlenecks are in the system. You can also see what is causing the bottlenecks. The only thing I dislike is that sometimes it takes a long time to load. If it's been a while since you've used centerity, it can be a bit confusing at first. I highly recommend centerity for any organization that is looking for a way to monitor their IT infrastructure. It has helped us analyze our infrastructure, and has helped us find bottlenecks and fix them.
