Review on LynchVal Systems by Nicholas Erickson

I love that you can track your hours, upload documents to paychecks etc all in one place! It's easy for clients who don't have internet access or are at work during normal business hrs but want their checks/benefits paid out with ease & efficiency as well has being able to see what payments they need next month (which is not always available via payroll). Their customer service leaves something to be desired sometimes - it seems like once every few months there's some issue which causes me more time than necessary spent trying find solutions. Make sure this system works 100% before signing up- otherwise I'd say wait until after implementation then fix any issues if found.- Benefits Administration System The product is very simple to use. It's easy for the employee to understand. Also, it can be integrated with other systems in order to enhance functionality as needed. Nothing so far. I would recommend this product if you are searching for an ERP system that is easy to use and reliable. Our HR department uses this software to manage our benefit enrollment process. It allows us to keep track of enrollment information and it also helps us maintain compliance with regulations.
