I loved the structure and the shape of the dress and it is very well made. It is fully lined and all seams were finished flawlessly. BUT. I normally wear a size 18 petite or xl. I am 5'2" and weigh 225 lbs. I followed the guidelines and ordered a 3xl, which seemed excessive, but whatever. I was very busy when it came in, getting ready for a 50th class reunion and now grandchildren going back to school, so I didn't get around to trying the dress on until yesterday, 8-24. The event for which I purchased it is not until Oct. 1. Unfortunately, it is so small in the bodice that I could not even zip it. On top of that, the return window has closed. The stars are for the design and construction, definitely not the fit. Size way up!
