Reduces drying time and prevents static electricity!

I bought the set for myself and as a gift. I've seldom used the typical dryer sheets for a few years now, so I've gotten used to the static buildup and the lack of extra scented clothing. However, I bought them because I wanted something more economical and eco-friendly so I could completely do without dryer sheets, as well as something that would potentially help reduce the time it takes clothes to dry in the dryer and therefore use less electricity. I am very pleased to report that for most laundry loads, the drying time for very large loads has been reduced by around 25%. (Or 20 minutes since my large loads usually take 80 minutes to fully dry). The only exception for me are jeans, which are so thick that even when everything else dries they are still a bit damp, so I recommend drying them separately (only with other jeans) or drying them on a hanger if that is a problem. . Or I'll just pull everything else out and give them a few minutes to dry on their own or in hindsight. They also provide good protection against static electricity! The only exception was some very soft materials which tend to always have static when tumble dried, but even regular dryer sheets didn't prevent this on such materials so it's not a problem at all. Anyone who has stated in their reviews that static charges are still present should follow the instructions on the bag. It is expressly stated that excessive drying with dryer balls can cause static electricity! So be sure to shorten your drying time and just add a few minutes if needed until you figure out the time for your specific dryer and laundry load. The only minor complaint I have is a few grammatical errors. in the instructions on the bag it says "throw" like "throw" which doesn't look as professional as it could be but let's be honest if you still get it working that's no problem either. Overall this is definitely a product I would recommend and will probably end up buying to give as gifts.
