Review on Enhanced Replacement Blade for Benriner Super Slicer - Medium Size by Kelly Caballes

I am very pleased to have received a genuine replacement for my Benriner Super Mandolin which I was unable to find for sale locally. I bent the blades of the old one and chopped up an insane amount of unripe papaya. I want the blades on this one to be sharpened as they have a dull finish that gets significantly worse as you increase the depth of the cut and make it really big. resistance and makes it difficult to cut the julienne into square cuts without damaging the blades because they repel the food so much. Sharpening the teeth will help a lot.
