overpriced dull blade

For $29.99 I was expecting decent shears. But these scissors are better at pulling hair than cutting it. Save money and just buy the cheapest pair you can find. Unless you're spending over $100 on a professional pair of scissors, the cheap ones are all the same. They just sell well. They don't cut well or at all. Garbage.
