We are very happy that it fits perfectly in our packaging and our game. Just before delivery, we were warned by email that due to the smell, it needs airing upon arrival (within 5-7 days). They said it was a packaging disinfection process. On arrival I opened the cover to wash for use. The head of the zipper fell off when I opened it which was very disappointing. The smell of the foam insert was strong, now after 7 days it is gone. Overall, the memory foam panels feel supportive and comfortable. If I had known about the smell when ordering I might not have chosen this mattress pad as I had to use it before the smell went away. Also, now I have to sew in a new zipper.
