Warm but with short sleeves

This shirt is great. It's warm and soft. We had an early snowstorm and I worked all day in -20 freezing wind with a fleece jacket over it and I was warm enough. My only complaint is that the arms are short. The shirt fits great, but I want it to fit you so the sleeves aren't two inches shorter.
