My old Omni-Filter system started to leak. My old model is sold out and there is nothing that can replace it without refining the installation. So I bought one of these and had my plumber repipe and install this one. It was leaking from the o-ring and after 3 attempts to seal it (using the owner's manual) I sent it back for a replacement. I installed the replacement and it works as intended. I have since purchased another block and additional o-rings for future use. An identical unit (and I mean identical without the tag) is sold by Brita at Home Depot for around $40.
