The most vertical inclination of the back is too far back.
I sent this chair back because in the most upright position of the chair the backrest was still reclined too far and the seat depth adjustment didn't recede far enough to solve this problem. I really wanted to love this character because he has all the customization features I'm looking for and he ended up being uncomfortable and not allowing me to work or play in a fairly upright position. Also, the armrests were too far apart even in the tightest setting. This chair appears to have been designed for a much larger person than me.
