The center cap and surrounding link lugs are very fragile as they are made of a plastic coated gold coating. The right channel cable broke, leaving the center connector in the joint, rendering it unusable. UPDATE: The cable above was replaced under warranty so thanks for that. However, cable replacement is just as bad. My system is little used, but the kids change it sometimes. I've gone through two cables in a little over three years, it looks like the warranty will expire just before the middle cable breaks. I wouldn't pay more than $6 for a similar cable.
