SMALL and cheap looking

The description says this toy/figure measures "2.24 x 3.54 x 6.3 inches" but that is not true. This is the PACKAGE size. The figure is no more than 3 inches tall. She looks cheap. Feels cheap. Pair it with a Barbie horse (albeit a smaller one) and it looks like a mini horse that was paired with a Pegasus and gave birth to an even smaller Pegasus. This is not a toy, this is a tiny figurine that you have on the table or next to the cap-wearing babies on the bookshelf. You can't play with them.
