A piece has broken off in the charging socket!

Attention! A tiny piece of the charger broke off inside my phone! As you can see in the picture, the small U-shaped top of the connector on this faulty charging cable came loose and got stuck in my iPhone. I've had this cable for less than four months and it's already broken and damaged my phone.
