Terrible sound and bluetooth connection keeps dropping.

Most disappointing experience. I've been using Plantronics gear for many years, all types of headphones, earphones and thought this would be great. Well, they're exceptionally comfortable, the mic is easy to position, but that's about it. the rest is downhill. Maybe I got a defective set, idk. First, the Bluetooth dongle is the same BT600 that I have with a different in-ear headset. So I pulled this one out and covered the one in my ear so there was no potential interference. I couldn't get this headset to stay connected for more than a few minutes and my voice was so intermittent according to my callers that they couldn't understand me. Don't even tell me about my internet speed, I average 760Mbps downstream and 40Mbps upstream. I was so disappointed. I have a colleague who uses the same device, she said the same thing happened to her - the callers couldn't understand her. hmm maybe not me. Don't waste money. Plantronics, if you want to keep me as a customer, I need a headset that works with the softphone on my PC. UK What do you have? I don't care if it has a cable, I need working, crystal clear sound for me and my subscribers. My cheap Logi headset is useless - the best sounding and most uncomfortable headset I have, but now I'm going to. crap
