Not the best sound, Update: OK after over a year of use.

Connected to my Yealink T57W but the sound is not as good as my Plantronics USB headset. I love this headset. I will buy the same ones if I lose them. Connected to PC, mobile phones, work phones. Cool, you can connect more than one device at a time.

Pros
  • Handy item
Cons
  • Minor issues

A MUST, worth EVERY penny,

Great headphones, especially for WAH. The mute function works with PC including MS commands and mobile phone. Definitely worth it and a saving if you have young children at home! Talk time is 17 hours which I think is definitely enough for a typical 8 hour shift. Possibility of dual connection to phone and PC at the same time. Only the ear pads can be annoying and could do with more comfortable padding like faux leather pads! Excellent sound quality with amazing noise cancellation.

Pros
  • Not just usable for its intended purpose
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

noise reduction. in the phone accessories

I love them. Battery life is reported by voice. Just turn off the sound. AMAZING NOISE REDUCTION. EASY ADJUSTMENT. IT AUTOMATICALLY CONNECTS TO MY HOME PC VIA A USB DONGL. BUT NY WORK PC. I HAD TO GO TO .CONTROL PANEL.Hardware and Sounds >Devices and Printers. find icon. POLYBT600. Right click and go to sound settings. THEY ARE AMAZING. I AM IMPRESSED. I can hear my customers clearly and they can hear me too. I also double checked them when I transferred them to the Northern Division. I…

Sounds great, GREAT passive noise cancellation.

I've only worked one full shift with them but all my patients have said I sound great. I also had a large fan on my back and they couldn't hear a thing. Comfortable for the whole shift. The dual connection is fine, but I turned it off at work as I don't know what happens when I get a private call during a consultation. I love how the voice tells you how long the battery life is when you first turn it on. I could do without the "unmute" and "mute" voices as they take up valuable time. I bought…

Pros
  • Ideal for: Professionals who want freedom of movement and multi-connectivity.
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than other picks

Frees you from your computer

Now that I'm working from home, being tied to a wired headset was a big problem! After researching wireless headsets, I needed a stereo headset that would work with my laptop for Teams calls, be lightweight but offer consistent sound quality and long battery life. Plantronics is a solid name, and the 4200 headset seemed to tick all of my boxes. And they do! When they arrived they worked before I even got them in my head! The Bluetooth plug turned on and the headphones started connecting to my…

Pros
  • Talk time and roaming range: up to 12 hours talk time and up to 15 hours listening time. Drive up to 30m (line of sight).

Terrible sound and bluetooth connection keeps dropping.

Most disappointing experience. I've been using Plantronics gear for many years, all types of headphones, earphones and thought this would be great. Well, they're exceptionally comfortable, the mic is easy to position, but that's about it. the rest is downhill. Maybe I got a defective set, idk. First, the Bluetooth dongle is the same BT600 that I have with a different in-ear headset. So I pulled this one out and covered the one in my ear so there was no potential interference. I couldn't get…

Pros
  • Connection to: mobile devices via Bluetooth and wireless connection to PC/Mac via Bluetooth USB-A adapter.
Cons
  • Very expensive
