Now that I'm working from home, being tied to a wired headset was a big problem! After researching wireless headsets, I needed a stereo headset that would work with my laptop for Teams calls, be lightweight but offer consistent sound quality and long battery life. Plantronics is a solid name, and the 4200 headset seemed to tick all of my boxes. And they do! When they arrived they worked before I even got them in my head! The Bluetooth plug turned on and the headphones started connecting to my PC, phone and Alexa! The battery lasts a full day (about 10 hours) and I can have a reliable connection to my PC from about 40 feet away. There are no problems with the sound inside. Outside, the microphone picks up more wind and other noise. You can mute and manage calls through the headset, which is handy when you're on the go. Overall this was a great purchase for the price.
