just started using it so far seems ok. To prevent the m.2 screw from jamming the copper screw, I used a regular m.2 Phillips screw instead of the hex screw that came with this case. The hex head is not slotted or cruciform. It's hard to get to without a screwdriver, and if you tighten it by hand, the copper spacer will rip the plastic off the bottom. I see what the other reviewer meant. I pulled m.2 screws from old laptops. I will update if anything changes.
