Please note this product is different from the Tourmaline Line Radiant Skin Refiner. This product has been moved to the Botanical Kinetic line. It contains very large chunks of clay that are rough and sharp on the front side. If you've used the Tourmaline line, you know that the Radiant Skin Refiner was very gentle and smooth on the face. It was amazing that it worked so well to make skin smooth and soft. This product here makes it very rough and painful after use as it cuts into the skin, after 4 attempts of using it 1 1/2 months apart I gave up. I called Aveda online and Aveda headquarters. They said it had to be the same ingredients as the old line and that what I got might have issues with it if the batch wasn't done right. Since the return period is 30 days, I was unlucky, I should have tried earlier. I will only order Aveda from their website from now on.
