At this price point, this is a very good option. I usually wear when hiking/long trips; The compression this pair offers is okay - not very noticeable, but enough to reduce the duration and intensity of any soreness I get from working out. Does not cause irritation and sweating. The anti-slip coating works most of the time, but don't expect it to stick. Adjustments are to be expected in situations that require significant knee movement, but the frequency of adjustments is very tolerable. I would like a little more compression.
