Review on BrioHR by Jason Spainhour

I like how easy it was to set up an employee portal (which included my onboarding process). We were able to keep documentation in one place and share documents between employees. The initial setup took us about two hours but we really have not had any issues since then! There are some things I wish would be easier to manage without having to go through the admin panel (i.e., creating new employees), however this has been updated recently so hopefully these will become better functions soon. This is a great product if you want something inexpensive yet robust enought to handle your workforce's needs. We needed a centralized platform where we could store files, create surveys, communicate policies/benefits, etc. It also helped us reduce paperwork by allowing us to access information quickly and easily when needed.
