Review on πŸͺ‘ Redecker 2-inch Beechwood Brush with Natural Bristles by Tamara Simms

Revainrating 1 out of 5

The bristles of the brush no longer last after 7 months; Worse after 2.5 years - I threw it away

A typically solid brush Made in Germany. The bristles are a little softer than I would have liked from the plastic bristles of the Fuller brush, which I also like, but with its handle design, I can't hold it in my hand due to weak nerves, so I looked for a brush with a larger diameter handle and more texture for the best. to grab. The bristles are of different lengths in each tuft and are also pointed/polished. Well done. I would advise shaking off excess water between uses and hanging the brush outside to dry thoroughly as the wood is only lightly sealed, if at all. I can smear it with tung oil, leaving out the front part of the bristles to better preserve it. Otherwise, mold can turn black. UPDATE: Three months in use. THIS IS A GOOD body brush. I haven't sealed the wood yet; I haven't seen mold yet. Take it outside to dry between uses. You MUST use a brush to fix the bristles if they get tangled. You are soft. You can use this anywhere on your body. NOT rough (I wanted rougher). The wood of the handle is quite rough and has a good diameter so it doesn't slip in your hands. Take good care of this brush and it will delight you for decades; I will. Further update: July 2018. So far four tufts of bristles along the outer circumference have fallen out of the nozzle holes. I do not know why. Now very disappointed with the choice of glue for this brush. Now I will complain to the seller and the manufacturer. LAST update because it's going to the trash. June 2020. Brush looks like a rabies infected mangy dog. More than 2/3 tufts of bristles fell out. Used it once or twice a week and often one or more tufts of bristles fell out. Used it for the (last) time today and four fell out. If you've read this article up to this point, I encourage you to check out these brushes from Sweden. www.irishantverk.se. Their bristles are stuck in a wooden head. At least the nail brush (Lovisa $16) my daughter just gave me is made that way.
