- the worst is autonomy. of course, if you need accuracy in measuring heart rate and steps, there are no alternatives (we are talking about similar devices, in most respects), as in the case of ease of use with an iPhone. at the same time, with constant heart rate measurement turned on, alwayson, but automatic detection of the start of training and noise level measurement turned off, the hour from 9 am to 18:00 has 80% charge. everything is individual.
