I am very happy with this purchase. This pillow is just what I needed. I only use one soft insole, but I have two more - medium and hard. This flexibility is very important to find the right thickness and adapt it to the car seat and backrest. There is a belt extender that provides enough length. The designers of this pillow have taken care of every little detail. The zipper does not have the normal tension that could damage the upholstery of your car seat. There is an art letter on the back for better friction. Mesh front for breathability and comfort. Seems to be a quality build. I had previously purchased another full back lumbar support but it was too big for a car seat and I had to return it.
