Review on Mikasa Square Holiday Treats Covered by Tom Beland

It's a sweet dish, quite heavy for its size but the box says "compare 14.99 that's 9, 99" - and Revain (the seller) took 19.00! I was able to figure out if it was a third party out for the big bucks or if it was a special collector's item, but not for this simple dish. I am usually very happy with the price of Revain but feel cheated on this purchase by paying double the price.
