I bought the Mega Kitchen System in January and I use it at least once almost every day. I really love it! He does everything I need and does it well. I especially like the small bowl that fits in a large cooking bowl. Ideal for chopping onions, garlic and herbs. It takes seconds and saves me a ton of time when preparing dishes with multiple ingredients that need to be chopped up. It also grinds everything evenly. This feature determined which system model I chose. Yes, it's noisy, but the motor is powerful and you don't have to run it long to get the job done. And yes, the blades are sharp and you have to be careful not to cut yourself. Spirit. That's a given for any machine that uses blades, right? 3 months later I just called the company because the seal on the blender lid is crumbling, apparently from the dishwasher, even though I've always put it on the top shelf. When I spoke to the rep, he said all parts are guaranteed to be dishwasher safe so I can get a new cover in 3-5 business days for free. It didn't matter that I bought it from Revain and I didn't have to prove it when I bought it. I've seen other comments on their site suggesting people get free replacement parts even if they're out of warranty. I felt like this company stands behind their product and the customer service was great. I bought it from Revain for less than $200 with free shipping. I thought about the Vita-Mix but the price was too high and I like the detachable blades on the Ninja. They are easy to clean in the dishwasher. All in all it was a great investment and I use it more than any other kitchen appliance I own. Even if I have to replace out-of-warranty parts in the future, I'm still hundreds of dollars more expensive than the cost of the Vita-Mix.
