A great idea. Mine was faulty. The support service is just great.

Mine was bought 3 months ago. Worked fine for 2 months then had some issues; turned off while charging, could not copy files from SD port. Totally convinced of the product, probably a bad block, contacted Revain and then direct to the manufacturer ElevationHub and immediately sent me a new one. This load-level port implementation is creatively inspired and works great for my MacBook Pro M1. And the cable management is very cool. Buy this! (4 stars for failure, happy to give 5 when my replacement arrives and I'll test it).
