Exactly what the doctor ordered
Those people who ordered shoes with stones and complained that they hurt are just plain stupid. These are uncomfortable running shoes. Stones hit pressure points and create fascia on the legs. It's an uncomfortable process, but the end result is amazing. I'd rather have pain for 10 minutes to get rid of it for life. I have 7 1/2 and they fit great - the stones are perfect. I hope they help my bows too!
